Petrol and diesel prices have been a hot topic of discussion lately, especially with the fluctuating global crude oil prices. On Sunday (July 28), there was a decrease in the prices of crude oil in the international market. The WTI crude prices dropped by 1.43% to $77.16 per barrel, while Brent crude prices fell by 1.51% to $81.13 per barrel. Despite this, the fuel prices in major cities of India have seen some changes.

Here’s a look at the recent price changes in petrol and diesel:

In cities like Noida-Greater Noida, the prices of petrol and diesel have increased by 8-10 paise, reaching Rs. 94.74 and Rs. 87.86 per liter respectively. Similarly, in Alirajpur, Madhya Pradesh, the prices have increased by 11-10 paise, reaching Rs. 108.39 and Rs. 93.61 per liter for petrol and diesel respectively. On the other hand, in Varanasi, the prices have decreased by 72 paise for petrol and 77 paise for diesel, now standing at Rs. 94.65 and Rs. 87.77 per liter.

In Bihar’s Banka, the prices of petrol and diesel have decreased by 72-67 paise, now priced at Rs. 105.94 and Rs. 92.74 per liter. In Patna, the prices have decreased by 35 paise for petrol and 33 paise for diesel, now standing at Rs. 105.18 and Rs. 92.04 per liter respectively.

These price changes have impacted consumers across the country, with some cities experiencing a hike in fuel prices while others witnessing a decrease. It’s important for consumers to stay updated on these price fluctuations to make informed decisions regarding their fuel expenses.
